Karinall has an atrium with a waterfall, live trees, bistro tables & a coffee/tea bar, a theater, exercise room, pool table, 2 living rooms w/ fireplaces allow plenty of space to enjoy large gatherings or get away from the crowd. Wymer Lake is a private lake offering good fishing, swimming & gorgeous sunsets.
Karinall Estate is a year-round home with 300 feet of lakeshore. It is a great setting for a family reunion, friends getaway, small wedding, or even a corporate retreat. We can take care of the details for you. Karinall estate is located on Wymer Lake which is two miles south of Frazee, MN. Karinall is just 12 miles east of Detroit Lakes, 15 miles west of Perham, and 60 miles east from Fargo, ND. Because it is just 1.5 miles from Hwy 10, it is a great jumping-off point for a snowmobile trip, ice fishing extravaganza widows hunting retreat, or anything else you can imagine. For the holidays, if you need a bigger house for your growing family, our home is perfect.
At Karinall every room is named and themed after a classic book. The living room has a 'The Great Gatsby' feel to it. With a large stone fireplace and amazing furniture to fit the theme. Other favorite themed rooms are 'Gone with the Wind', 'Little House on the Prairie', 'To Kill a Mockingbird', 'The Secret Garden' and 'The Wonderful Wizard of Oz'. The downstairs 'Shakespeare Globe Theater' features a 70' smart tv and the "Carnegie Room' has a beautiful stone fireplace overlooking the lake with hundreds of books to enjoy.
Karinall has 30 rooms, sleeps 24, has 18 beds, 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces and waterfall.
Memorial Day through Labor Day there is a 5-day minimum and the rest of the year there is a 2-day minimum.
